Really enjoyed efficient service.
It was a modern and spotless hotel with an attached restaurant. The accommodation had a very central location in the historical area of Philadelphia.

Unbeatable and stunning location really close to two cool ' hoods, Old City and Society Hill and fabulously annexed to airy wide-open Independence Plaza, restaurants like Zahav, and so many attractions in a great area. 5 minutes' walk to a Philadelphia museum. Nice breakfast for fries, combined with a spectacular service.

I had a great stay. It was a perfect hotel in a nice area, close enough to shops, and historic Philadelphia. Everything was great, the room was huge and luxurious with bathroom, spa bath, fire place. Try outstanding dishes served at the attached restaurant. The daily service was excellent.

The comfortable beds, Design details, Details of decor that include Alice and wonderland books, and leopard print robes. Always very friendly and welcoming staff. The Red Owl tavern has delicious food!
Not a thing....possibly the "regular" price is a bit scary.

The staff was extremely friendly!
The cost for the parking and the amount of time it took for them to bring your car to you. Also, the rooms could have been a little bigger for the price. I booked the park side room and it wasn't worth the additional cost.

Staying here for our wedding anniversary was a good experience. The check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and well-decorated. A thoughtful surprise of wine and cupcakes awaited us. The location was ideal, great to easily explore nearby attractions, and the on-site restaurant provided excellent Mediterranean dishes with a fantastic atmosphere.

From the moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted with warmth, friendliness, politeness and professionalism, which continued from every staff member at the hotel-just amazing! The hotel is eclectic chic, modern, clean, sophisticated and fun! The place is just a fabulous experience. Free champagne upon arrival. So much to talk about. The restaurant in the hotel has a fabulous breakfast/brunch, not to be missed-gourmet, but not too expensive and quality.
The overnight parking is a little pricey, although the service with my car was excellent! And my car was safely taken care of.

Had a blast with my friends at this hotel! We checked out the very nice virtual tour and visited the iconic Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. The vibe was perfect for our group getaway. The rooftop bar was a big hit, and the staff was super friendly. Just note that the lobby coffee is gone by 10 am!
The only downer was that our balcony wasn't accessible, a bit of a letdown. I get it's for safety, but we were hoping to enjoy it.

amazing views and quirky decor in the heart of philadelphia
I loved having an very nice view of the liberty bell from my room while being just steps away from historic landmarks like the museum of the american revolution and franklin court. It made my city strolls nice and convenient, and this quirky hotel felt uniquely philly.

I loved the vibrant decor throughout the hotel. The location couldn't be better. Right next to Independence Hall and other historic sites. My room was spacious and had two cozy queen beds. The large windows offered beautiful views. The rooftop bar had a great vibe that we enjoyed in the evenings. Staff were friendly, always greeting us with smiles. The bathroom had rusted fixtures, which detracted from the otherwise nice room. Room service could be improved. I faced some issues ordering because of the QR code functionality, frustrating. Our late check-out request was annoying since I was charged an extra fee despite being a member. I also wished the refrigerator had a freezer compartment. Still, our stay was enjoyable overall, and I'd consider returning for the great location and ambiance.
